With over a decade of experience spearheading high-impact initiatives and fostering collaboration, I have led multi-discipline teams on large-scale, high-impact projects, including national symposiums and national collaborative initiatives. I have experience in virtual and in-person event management, including overseeing multi-day events with thousands of participants, developing strategic objectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

I excel at developing and managing continuous professional development programs and have been instrumental in creating curriculum and resources for workforce training. My project leadership has helped establish sustainable educational frameworks serving broad audiences.

My commitment to lifelong learning is evident in my dedication to continuously developing new skills and staying at the forefront of leadership best practices. I recognize that being an effective leader requires experience and the ongoing pursuit of knowledge, new approaches, and personal growth.

In addition to my committee and board roles, I am a sought-after speaker and mentor, regularly presenting on topics such as leadership, equity, and strategic planning. I have been instrumental in mentoring emerging leaders, helping to cultivate the next generation of professionals equipped with the skills to succeed in dynamic and evolving environments.
